Terms and Conditions

1. This certificate confirms the holder’s registered KSL Club Ownership Licence for the 2026 season, issued by Ball Playa (Pty) Ltd.
2. The licence is valid for one (1) KSL season (January–December 2026) and is non-transferable without prior written consent from Ball Playa.
3. This document grants operational and representation rights for one officially recognized KSL team within the Kelvin Soccer League structure.
4. Ownership of a team does not constitute ownership or equity in the Kelvin Soccer League, Ball Playa (Pty) Ltd, or any associated intellectual property, branding, or digital assets.
5. All team names, logos, and designs remain intellectual property of Ball Playa (Pty) Ltd and may only be used within approved league contexts.
6. All fixtures, schedules, and regulations fall under the jurisdiction of the KSL Executive Committee, and the holder agrees to comply with official league rules, codes of conduct, and disciplinary procedures.
7. Fees paid for this licence are non-refundable once production, scheduling, or branding processes have commenced.
8. Ball Playa (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to modify match schedules, venues, or formats in the interest of safety, logistics, or operational efficiency.
9. The licence holder indemnifies Ball Playa (Pty) Ltd, KSL officials, and affiliates from any liability, loss, or injury sustained through participation or related activities.
10. This licence expires automatically on 31 December 2026, unless renewed under new terms for subsequent seasons.
