By registering to play in the Kelvin Soccer League (“KSL”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Eligibility & Conduct
All players must provide accurate personal details and maintain good sportsmanship, discipline, and respect toward officials, teammates, and opponents at all times.
2. Participation & Selection
Team selection and playing time are determined by team coaches and KSL management. Registration does not guarantee match selection or specific game time.

All match fees, bundles, or category payments (Semi-Pro / Pro) are non-refundable once confirmed, except in cases of cancellation by KSL management.
6. Media Rights & Publicity
By registering, players grant KSL, Ball Playa, and its partners full rights to record, photograph, broadcast, reproduce, and distribute any video, image, or sound material of their participation. These materials may be used globally for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes across all media platforms, without further compensation.
7. Associated Businesses, Agents & Media Relations
Players acknowledge that their participation in KSL connects them to affiliated brands, sponsors, agents, production teams, venues, and media houses. Players agree:

By registering, players grant KSL, Ball Playa, and its partners full rights to record, photograph, broadcast, reproduce, and distribute any video, image, or sound material of their participation. These materials may be used globally for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes across all media platforms, without further compensation.
9. Associated Businesses, Agents & Media Relations
Players acknowledge that their participation in KSL connects them to affiliated brands, sponsors, agents, production teams, venues, and media houses. Players agree:
- To maintain professional and respectful relations with all associated parties.
- To grant KSL and its partners non-exclusive rights to use their name, likeness, image, and performance in any content produced during KSL activities.
- Not to enter any conflicting endorsement, sponsorship, or media appearance related to KSL content without written consent from KSL management.
- That all appearances, collaborations, and interviews arranged by KSL or its affiliates remain the intellectual and promotional property of KSL and Ball Playa.
10. Transfer Fees & Player Movements
In accordance with industry standards and KSL policy:
- All player transfers, trials, or signings resulting from participation in the KSL shall be subject to a transfer administration fee payable to The Ball Playa Brand, owned and operated by Papkrast Group.
- This fee applies whether a player moves to another KSL team, another league, or signs a commercial, modelling, or performance contract through exposure in KSL events or content.
- The purpose of this fee is to sustain league operations, marketing visibility, and ongoing player development infrastructure.
- The specific percentage or value of the fee shall be determined by KSL’s standard schedule at the time of transfer and communicated transparently to all parties.
11. Health & Safety
Players participate at their own risk and must disclose any relevant medical conditions. KSL provides on-site first-response medical assistance but bears no responsibility for additional treatment or costs.
12. Code of Conduct
Players must comply with KSL’s ethical standards, fair play rules, and zero-tolerance policy for discrimination, violence, or substance abuse. Breaches may result in suspension or expulsion.
13. Intellectual Property
All KSL team names, logos, uniforms, video footage, and branding remain the property of Ball Playa and Kelvin Soccer League, unless otherwise licensed in writing.
14. Liability & Indemnity
KSL, Ball Playa, Papkrast Group, and their affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation. Players waive all claims and agree to indemnify KSL and its partners from any related liabilities.
15. Data Privacy
Player information is securely stored and used for administration, analytics, and marketing in accordance with the KSL Privacy Policy.
16. Acceptance
By submitting the registration form and/or participating in any KSL activity, the player (or guardian if under 18) confirms full understanding and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
